About Me
Hi! Thanks for being here. As a therapist, my goal is to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for every client, emphasizing acceptance and self-reflection. I enjoy customizing my clinical approach to truly meet my clients where they are and align with their individual goals, strengths, and challenges.
My treatment methods include mindfulness, CBT, positive psychology and relational therapy. I'm intentional in using a trauma-informed lens when working with clients facing depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship struggles.
I truly believe therapy is not only helpful in navigating current stressors, but is also beneficial in illuminating strengths and can serve as motivation to living an authentic life.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is an opportunity dedicated to exploring your internal world, identifying patterns & stressors, and expressing emotions safely without judgement. This is a space to reflect on the experiences that shape you while discussing potential changes and goals you'd like to implement.
Family/Couples Therapy
Family therapy focuses on the relationships, dynamics, and inevitable conflicts experienced between relatives and/or couples. Here we will identify problematic cycles and patterns to interrupt in order to strengthen, or repair, these significant relationships.
Teen
Therapy
Counseling can truly be beneficial to any young person, though some teens may find themselves in need of more support. Whether it's a space to vent and "let it out", or building coping skills to manage anxiety or depression, there is space for everyone here.
Anxiety
Anxiety is a normal part of life, until it starts to impede on day-to-day functioning. Perhaps it's experiencing consistent worry, fear, and dread during everyday situations. If you find yourself having a hard time relaxing, mentally and/or physically, it may be time to get to the root of your worry.
Life Transitions
Change can be stressful. Whether it's planned or unplanned, adjusting to a major transition is a challenge for many. This could include moving, a break-up, grief, new responsibilities, etc. Are you noticing difficulty in coping with change?
Processing Trauma
Healing is essential in fostering a healthy life. To heal from a past traumatic experience or cope through ongoing exposure to trauma, we must create awareness. Having strengthened awareness to our triggers reconnects us to our real-time experience & creates an understanding of emotional and bodily responses to our environment.
