Clients!

You might be here because...
Anxiety has become exhausting and your mind rarely feels quiet.
You spend so much time caring for others that you've lost touch with yourself and your own needs.
You're navigating a challenging relationship, breakup, or changing family dynamic.
You're tired of second-guessing yourself and want to feel more confident in your decisions.
You're in a season of change and no longer feel like yourself.
You're looking for more than coping skills and you want to better understand yourself.
About Me
Hi! Thanks for being here.
My goal is to create a space that feels welcoming from the very first conversation. You don't need to have the "right" words, know exactly where to begin, or even feel ready to share everything all at once. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable while building a relationship rooted in trust, curiosity, and collaboration.
I often tell clients that therapy doesn't have to feel formal or stiff. Some sessions are reflective. Others are practical. Sometimes we'll laugh together. Sometimes we'll sit with difficult emotions. My role is to meet you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be.
My approach is warm, conversational, and collaborative, blending evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

Together, we'll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical strategies for navigating life's challenges, and build greater trust in yourself along the way.

Services

Adult Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is an opportunity you can give yourself to explore your internal world, identifying patterns & stressors, and express complicated emotions safely without judgement. This is a dedicated space to reflect on the experiences that shape you while discussing potential changes and goals you'd like to implement.

Teen Therapy
Adult guidance is beneficial to any young person, though some teens may find it awkward to share certain things with parents, coaches, or anyone else they know more personally. Whether it's a space to vent and "let it out", figure out complicated relationships, or build skills to manage anxiety or depression, therapy could be the right place for all kinds of support.

Couples/Family Therapy
Family therapy focuses on the relationships, dynamics, and inevitable conflicts experienced between relatives and/or couples. Here we will identify problematic cycles and patterns to interrupt in order to strengthen, or repair, these significant relationships.
Life doesn't have to be falling apart for you to know something isn't quite right. Maybe you're constantly overthinking, feeling overwhelmed by expectations, struggling in your relationships, or navigating a season of change that has left you feeling uncertain. You may look like you have it all together on the outside while quietly carrying the weight of it all inside.

You don't have to figure it out alone.
Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and begin moving toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and authentic.
